It has a high nutritious content thanks to the sesame (known as til in Hindi) as well as the jaggery. Next, bring the jaggery to a simmer over a low heat. Once it has melted, add the cardamom and ghee, and whisk the mixture carefully until it is completely smooth. In addition to that, you need to add the sesame seeds and combine them in a soft manner.
