After thoroughly verifying your personal information and credit card information, all orders will be accepted. Furthermore, if we suspect fraudulent Debit Card or Credit Card activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice, justification, or explanation.

Items missing, incorrect items sent, or package sent

For missing or incorrectly shipped items, a partial refund is available. We will reship missing or incorrectly shipped accessories, and we will offer a partial refund on the item fare if the accessories are unavailable for reshipping. Please open the package and inspect the contents before signing for it.

Liability Restriction

Dryfruitefirm.pk provides all information, content, products, and services “as is” and “as available,” unless otherwise specified in the text or in writing. Unless otherwise specified in writing, Dryfruitefirm.pk makes no express or implied warranty or representation about products, information, content, items, material, and/or services. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you are using Dryfruitefirm.pk at your own risk.

Termination

Dryfruitefirm.pk may also revoke your license and terminate the rights set forth in the Terms and Conditions.In either case, you agree to stop using Dryfruitefirm.pk and accept Dryfruitefirm.pk right to terminate account details, including but not limited to username, address, password, and financial data, among others, and you acknowledge Dryfruitefirm.pk right to revoke all account details and deny you complete or partial access. However, the termination will not affect the parties’ respective obligations and rights, such as payment obligations and others that arose prior to the date of termination.
